Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

• Free gifts and promotional items included with your order are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2. Once approved, we’ll send you:

   • A prepaid return shipping label

   • Detailed return instructions

Important: Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) cannot be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

1. Contact us immediately at support@modameld.com.

2. Include photos of the issue and your order number.

3. We will evaluate and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

1. Follow the return process above to send back the original product.

2. Place a new order online for the desired item.

This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. To exercise this right:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Include proof of purchase with your return request.

Refunds will be processed as described below.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

1. We will notify you by email of approval or rejection.

2. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
