3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

5. EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. To exercise this right:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase with your return request.

Refunds will be processed as described below.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
